Our dinner during the tour was fantastic. The service was outstanding and the dining area was absolutely lovely. Breakfast was also very good, though there was a shortage of unique rolls or pastries. It was challenging to be asked to toast our own bread with a large group.

Ate their twice when I was staying here for work. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. The food was really good I had beef tartare both times and enjoyed it a lot.

Johanne introduced us to the property way to enjoy absinthe. She showed us the different options and helped us choose one that was right for us. She was great! Friendly, and knew all about her craft. She turned a cocktail into an experience and made it fun. It also looks like they had some terrific food selections available at the bar,.

I enjoyed some drinks at the bar, which if I recall correctly, was located outside the hotel but connected to it. It could have been in the hotel lobby area. The atmosphere was very pleasant.

I used to work as a cocktail bartender about 40 years ago, but I had never tried Absinthe until recently. When a colleague and I were in search of a classy spot to have a drink and chat, we stumbled upon Bar Sarah B. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. I particularly enjoyed trying Absinthe served in the traditional way. Make sure to splurge on a quality bottle and ask the knowledgeable staff for recommendations. While drinking too much could easily lead to getting drunk, I enjoyed sipping on a few glasses as a chic and sophisticated pre-dinner aperitif.
