I felt like a drink and a little bite while I did something. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. With my happy wine I had the corn with emulsified chimichurri, this could have been the best corn on the Cob I ever had. I think the rest of the menu is also stellar. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely return. Would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area! View all feedback.

Roasted Octopus Cauliflower, Romanesco Cabbage, Fried Capers . I must say I was first switched on by Rosélys at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel by their menu. The food sounded soooo good. The establishment of the restaurant was stunning and the menu seems to always change and stand for the seasons I love! . I am always looking for something new and new when I go to dinner. Take ingredients that I'm very familiar with like octopus, jalapenos, lamb, cauliflower and so on and with them and place them in a new way I haven't seen yet. I've always been a fan of octopus since my father tricked when I was younger, told me, no, it's chicken. Since then, I've joined it and tried wherever I could. So many ways you can prepare this amazing ingredient and I must say Rosélys makes it just for me. . I love the Char on the octopus, really adds a nice taste of smoke. The picked Romanesco cabbage, which added a lot of color to the plate along with a beautiful acidic note. The charcoal that was beautiful was a smooth loan very well with the octopus and finally the fried capers. It helped with its salty taste, bring this dish back to the sea and to my stomach . . If your stay in Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel your a happy duckling . This review was deff for pre covid but I can't wait until it opens again
The afternoon tea service was quite delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for chatting with friends. Bonus points to the friendly wait staff who also took great group pictures of us! If you've never had afternoon tea, this is a beautiful place to try it. The decor colors feel retro and chic, and the seating arrangements are honestly very comfortable. The table settings were pretty and the colorful mix match of the teacups and saucers were a nice touch. The food was really good, and they ask in advance for any food allergies or restrictions which is quite appreciated. There's a good tea selection to choose from, most of which are included in the price and a few you can pay a little extra for. Although there a 2-hour limit for the sitting, it's plenty of time to enjoy the food and vibe. We were not rushed by the staff at any point which was great. It is downtown Montreal, so if you're taking a car it's easier to find parking in the nearby indoor parking garages. Book a few weeks in advance to make sure you'll have a spot, and don't worry, it's definitely plenty of food, you won't leave hungry! Overall a great experience, I'd definitely love to come back here and try a dinner service sometime.
