Great romantic meal for Valentine's Day. All-inclusive menu...home-made, and delightful mascarpone cake. Great to take the all-inclusive and share plates...right-sized portions. View all feedback.

The reviews I've read are surely not what this restaurant deserves.

Place looks great and with good service. Good wine choice. The food tastes good but the portion is just too little.... Overall it's a ok place if you are not that hungry.
The maître d should have said no to our last minute request for a reservation @ 8pm for 4. But he took our reservation. Groupon paper menu tossed on the table. A couple of bruschetta and thin cold pizza slices- free. We waited a while and repeatedly asked for a wine list which ‘eventually’ arrived. Butter brought to table but bread came way later with “sorry we burned the first batches.” Not sure why they told us that. Placed our order and waited a long time until finally they came back to retake our order because they lost them. In the end we had appetizers of smallish potions of mussels in a very salty sauce, a penne that was under cooked (almost crunchy), flavorless risotto, and uninspired minestrone. Mains were ok veal scaloppini with some vegies. We had a liter of house wine. After all the waiting the main plates were not hot enough. It was more than obvious by then that the restaurant was understaffed and overwhelmed. We noticed many patrons looking at their watches. So sending plates back was not an option. We ended with 3 regular coffees. Tea for the 4th person never came. Desserts: very thin slices of 1 chocolate, 1 lemon and 1 pistachio cake and 1 ‘rather outdated’ crème caramel. Service was extremely slow. We were there for 3 hours. An amount of time we reserve for an upscale French tasting menu. The food here was just passable. No apology whatsoever for the poor service. Not worth going for any discount.
Today was our first visit to this restaurant and will be the last for sure. To summarize: Bad food Terrible service Never again in this place!
