The atmosphere is cozy and service is good even though it was slightly busy. The shahi paneer was sweet and oily, the daal makhani was okay. We had asked for spicy food, however there was no extra spice added. For Asian vegetarian palate the food is nothing great as per the international reviews. View all feedback. I was in Montreal for two nights with friends. Both nights we came to Le Taj. In the first night we were only in the mood for Indian food. But the food was so good that we had to go for another night. The service was so...friendly We need to talk to the owner who was so nice. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Montreal.
