Here is a classic Italian restaurant, as classic as its illustrious neighbour at swartz. their pizza is exceptional but the service without a smile that always gives the impression of being too much or not in our place is really rotten. Proprios and servers should learn to be happy to work with the public or to change trade. We go back for food but never for service. Too bad it would be so easy to correct. View all feedback.

Exceptional pizza made with top-notch ingredients, prepared by a warm and charming owner. The use of a charcoal oven and ingredients sourced from an Italian market sets this place apart from other pizza spots, resulting in a distinctly superior taste.
Food was delicious! Albert is a great host We ordered pizzas: Di Fausto and one with italiano sausages. The portions and toppings were generous and we finished with an italian chocolate cake ?All ingredients are bought at an italian market up north in mtl so if you want an authentic and fresh italian meal, it's a great place to go!

Unbelievable story, I recommend you read on. Went on Prato 's website. Clicked on order online. Ordered and paid with Mastercard. Got email confirmation that my pizza was charged to my card. Showed up for pizza. Owner says I don 't have pizza for you, I now nothing about your order. I said I paid for it. He wanted to see proof which I had on my phone. He said, I 'm not making you pizza--I don 't get paid by this online order service, it 's happened before !!!! . I asked why this order online link is still on his website. No response from him, no apology, no pizza. On top of that, no willingness to find a solution phone your bank he recommended and he was rude.
One of the best pizzas I’ve tried, and I am a big fan of pizza! Truly authentic style, highly recommended
