Unprofessional owners. They don't follow instructions properly and are unapologetic about it. Their behavior is terrible. I had a bad experience where my order was wrong, and they never replaced it. The staff was loud, yelling, and insulting in their tone. View all feedback.
Very happy to have Pizza Hut in our neighborhood. Very clean and fast. I will be the regular customer
Have had some acceptable experiences but nothing great by pizza hut standards. Currently however, my delivery is over 40 mins late, past the latest eta. I've called the restaurant several times and no one answers. Pretty annoyed.
The other day I had half supreme and half bbq chicken at the Pizza Hut in Sherbrooke and it was awesome, I tried getting the same combo at this branch, the waitress said it was not possible and we ended up ordering separate pizzas, I asked to put noonions and they did, in overall very sloppy service at this branch
I’m very disappointed. The crust is undercooked, almost like eating raw dough. This has happened three times now! Additionally, the delivery service leaves much to be desired.
I had a great experience at the restaurant on November 7th, 2022, around 5:30 PM. The service was excellent, the pizza was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I stopped by for a quick bite before heading to a show.
