so many guess! I regularly buy: vegan yogurt starter, pickle starter, dried mushrooms and our favourites: frozen porcini. I grew up getting this wild mushroom with my big parents. my oma would prepare porcini (hribi in ro) with sour cream sauce and the polnta of my grandfather (mămăligă in ro). I have fond memories of picking this wild mushroom with my grandparents when I was younger. My grandmother used to prepare porcini (known as hribi in Romania) with a sour cream sauce, and my grandfather made polenta (known as mămăligă in Romania) to go with it. I have been able to recreate this dish in a vegan version using yogurt. I also bought a mushroom-pattern face mask, which is now my favorite.
