Melk is a charming little place with very few tables and bar stools.I bought a small coffee, which is really small at $ 2.50and a scone The taste of the coffee was so sour that I had to throw after drinking a quarter cup. I do not know whether it is the beans or under roasting or under brewing.It was just bad. We thought at melk a short Cortado coffee. it was quickly and well represented in a small glass. we picked the coffee for a few minutes and then we sat on the way.

This is a nice little place to take a tee or a coffee right in front of the bustle of the main roads, a good option.

We had almost every day coffee for a week and it was very well done. the cortado and the American were both excellent. the food we tried were different muffins, scones and yogurt really good. the personal is fantastic. last day I had come from a run and had not enough money to get the whole job. the barrista said, take it with me and bring the money back later. that was so kind and why they were one step over some other places in my understanding. we're coming back.

Friendly helpful staff and delicious coffee made melk the highlight of our short visit in montreal from Scotland. you are great! keep it up and thank you for the wonderful coffee we took home.

Went to Melk on Stanley for a quick break their scones are dry and their espresso based drinks are terrible. The Americano was so bitter and the tiny latte didn't have proper foam on it. It was also pretty chaotic in the small space...and...this was during a non-peak time.
