Mad Catering & Cafe - Montréal

The people working are genuinely friendly and exuded warmth. You can get great fresh cooked croissant and breakfast foods anywhere in the city but you can't always get them with a smile. You can tell the cafe is family owned. They don't rush you, they explain all the options, and they are happy to accommodate any requests. Easy in/out if you just want to pick up coffee, etc., and nice place to sit and relax with your coffee and newspaper.

I have gone to Mad a few times a month since it opened as I live nearby. The food is really good, the people are friendly and they have the potential to be great. The problem is everything is $0.75 - $2.00 overpriced. I know it doesn't seem like a lot but it adds up. I would probably go there every morning and for more afternoon coffees if they would reduce their prices a bit. I have spoken to other people who live in my building and we all feel the same way. Other than that, it's a great little cafe.

Amazing breakfast and lunch choices,all homemade.This cafe has just opened up and run by a young successful caterer.She decided to add the cafe as she had room.Nothing like it in the area which is in the midst of a condo boom.Check it out.

This a nice little place in the Sud Ouest that has great coffee. I have not really eaten here but love their coffee and service!
