While the service can be hit or miss, the knowledgeable staff can recommend the perfect beer pairing. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes it a great spot for an impromptu evening out or a light meal. Whether you're looking for a relaxed brunch spot or a place to grab a pint and fries, this pub has something for everyone. Don't miss out on this hidden gem in Montreal!.
I visited the Irish pub on Ontario Street. The menu is limited, with about 7-8 main dishes. We tried the Dublin Sandwich, which consisted of 2 grilled cheese sandwiches filled with pulled pork and caramelized onions. It was tasty but quite heavy. The dish came with potatoes and a small fruit cocktail as a starter. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. I have also been there in the evening and can recommend the Filet Mignon burger, which is excellent. They have a great selection of beers and whiskies. The evenings tend to be busy, so I would suggest going earlier in the evening to avoid the crowds.
This Irish pub has a nice atmosphere! I was hoping for a live guitar player, but there must have been bad timing. The food is delicious, but a bit expensive for a pub with limited options. However, the drinks are excellent, so it's a great place to relax with friends at a big table with lovely interior design and steampunk vibes.
There is a wide range of pub food available at affordable prices at this restaurant. The beer selection is impressive. It is a popular location, even on weeknights without hockey or football games. The servers are very friendly.
We decided to eat there before a show we were playing at maison de la culture maisonneuve for it had been recommended tonus by the sound tech. It turned out to be a great experience!
