What User doesn't like about La Graine Brûlée:
Near decor and vibe! Staff seem aware of vegan and non vegan items, but the menu was not labeled. Small selection of items. I'd recommend getting croissants at a different restaurant/cafe if that's what you're seeking View all feedback.
This place was wonderful, and the decorations were so soft.If you're neurodivergent, you'll love this place. There are nooks wherein seems like you're eating while sitting on the floor, despite not being on the floor. There's also a very very large, round, table in the middle of the shop, where you can sit with others, without being anywhere close to them, or having anyone else inside you're bubble.Great shop, I will be going back
The service here is above and beyond, some of the friendliest people you’ll meet. The food is great too, I recommend the bagel frittata and their nachos with salsa (SO GOOD). The grilled cheese was not that good, I feel like it needs a dipping sauce with it. The vibe and feel of the place is very retro, like a throwback to the 90s. The bathrooms are a little scary, since the lights are out, and there’s one blinking strobe light (feels like you’re in a horror film). I’d definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Most of their food is veganParking: The street is closed during summer, so parking is pretty much nonexistentWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp on sidewalk
The decor and atmosphere are lovely! The staff appears knowledgeable about vegan and non-vegan options, although the menu could use clearer labels. The selection of items is somewhat limited. If you're looking for croissants, I recommend trying a different restaurant or café.
The venue appears to be great for relaxation and studying. I was surprised to receive a spoon instead of a straw when I asked for one for my drink. Upon inquiring again, I found out that there’s a 25-cent charge for a straw! I assume they must be of high quality then. Payment is made in advance, and guests are expected to clean up after themselves. The terrace is lovely (see pic). Overall, the prices are reasonable, not including the cost of straws.
We discovered the cutest coffee shop yesterday! Even though it was quite busy due to its large size, we were able to find a spot. The place is vibrant and colorful, with many creative corners perfect for writing or just relaxing on the floor. They even have books you can borrow and some local products for sale. The staff are friendly, and the service is quick. We ordered coffee and a mocha, both of which were excellent. I highly recommend it for a Sunday afternoon!
