Hooters - Montréal

Waited 40mins to get my takeout food, whilst the restaurant was not even that busy and the waitress told me the food would be 20mins. No fork or knife and no condiments available for fries either because the manager said “the kitchen could not find it”. Also the food was $25 but the 6 wings are very small, and the food was dry and cold. Do not recommend.

I must admit, I would feel guilty leaving without paying after dining with my group of 15 people, but our total bill was probably only around $30 for everything we ordered. Unfortunately, not everyone received their first drink promptly, and after waiting for 2 and a half hours and only receiving a couple of drinks and no wings, I felt we had no choice but to leave. The manager who appeared seemed indifferent to our dissatisfaction and walked away without a word. I invited around 30 people to Hooters that night, spread out across multiple tables, and no one was happy with their experience. I would not recommend bringing a group here, as it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience. Special shoutout to our waitress, Anna.

The waitress Anna was unfriendly. It took about 20 minutes for her to bring the extra sauce. None of the other waitresses assisted us as they were preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves. When we tried to get their attention, they ignored us. However, the man who eventually helped us was very attentive and assisted us promptly once he noticed that we were being overlooked. Despite the service, the food was excellent and deserving of a 5 out of 5 rating.

Ordered wings and was pretty good depending on the flavours you chose. Although some flavours did taste bad. You're going to end up spending minimum 20 bucks but overall pretty good experience.Food: 4/5

Let's start with the positives. The place was clean, and the waitresses were very nice and tried to be helpful. That's all the positives.The food was not great, the wings were tiny, never seen that before. Everything that we ordered was wrong. Not sure if the waitress wrote the orders incorrectly or the kitchen screwed up but it constantly happened. Last, the shots were also not good either. Very disappointed with this location.
