Made with Montreal bagels, you can't go wrong with Hinnawi Bros Bagel & Cafe. My personal favourite is the BLT. The bagel is toasted and the sandwich made fresh, accompanied by the perfect side of potato chips. A great lunch spot! View all feedback.

Found this place while looking for some bagels on my way out of the city. The sandwich was decent, but they advertise using St Viateur bagels and they don't. I bought some bagels (at St Viateur reseller prices, and it even said St Viateur on the receipt), then they handed me some bagels which would be not bad but not amazing by Toronto standards. They even said that theirs were better than St Viateur (spoiler: they a... View all feedback.

Good food. Owners do not give tips paid on credit cards back to employees. It is a legal practice, but I don't know anyone who wants to add 15% on their bill for good service to the owners....
Last minute stop before heading back to Ottawa. Ordering and processing orders was pretty slow for a place that wasn't all that busy. Some of my group got their meals and coffees way later than they should have. My meal was just okay, the coffee was excellent. There are many other bagel spots in Montreal, I doubt I'll come back here. As a side note, the entire menu is in French. I realize this seems obvious as it's a restaurant in Quebec, however, Montreal is mostly bilingual. My French is pretty good. But if you cannot translate French at all I would avoid coming here.
Nice and cool place to land. The staff is welcoming. The service is good.I chose the bagel of the day, the boston and it was very good. I'll come back to test some other good report/quality prices. I recommend it!
This was the only recommended bagel place in walking distance from downtown (after being told that Montreal bagels MUST be tried!). Was a good bagel, though didn't blow my mind. I just got a bagel with cream cheese, nothing fancy, though their sandwich menu is impressive (all on bagels) and I'd be curious to try one. Very hipster-y, college-student atmosphere; not surprising since it's right by Concordia University. Service was prompt and pleasant (and this Yankee was grateful they spoke English without resentment).
