Crudessence - Montréal

I love it! I'm not sure why it took me so long to try out Crudessence, especially since it's so close to where I usually stay in Montreal.

a disappointment. The food was delicious but I wish there was more of it! The service was great and the atmosphere was lovely, but I don't think I'll be coming back due to the tiny portions.

I have visited this restaurant twice and I absolutely enjoyed it both times.

We went to crudessence for a little family lunch, in addition to the excellent reception, the food was exceptional an explosion of flavor! prepare on site. an address to be recommended

Vegan and gluten-intolerant for several years, I had no hope of finding restaurants that serve dishes that are both adapted to my diet and really tasty. This is done with crudessence, whose famous öm burger proved to be perfectly balanced in its flavors and textures, and much more roborative than it looked first (by the way you do not mistake it: if the portions may seem small, it is actually quite copyy and you will not have hunger when you leave the table.)The wedding of the sauces was perfect, heartburn for the eggplant bacon, surprising in its texture and aromas, and the very scented raw cumin cabbage that garnished the salad accompanying the burger. I also took a macaö smoothie, also excellent and so nourishing that I had no room to finish with a dessert. I reserve this pleasure for my next trip because I intend to return to crudessence after this beautiful first experience. The service was very pleasant, quick and discreet. We arrived after the hour of lunch, so the atmosphere was calm, my friends and I were able to enjoy our meal in full serenity. Significant detail: the water that was served to us was slightly scented and coloured with chlorophyll. My friends (so omnivorous and not at all accustomed to raw food) have been particularly charmed by their meals: this cuisine is adapted to everyone despite its title which can discourage / seem restrictive of prime first.Although, you would like to budget relatively accordingly if you would like to taste several dishes: the prices are a little higher than in other vegan restaurants, although fully justified by the quality of the ingredients I have tested many vegan restaurants, and this one is now undeniably part of my favorites.
