Extensive and interesting menu; conscientious service. Everything we ordered was very good or better. World’s best hot and sour soup! All in all, an excellent (but pricey) restaurant and kosher, too! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Resto- Chops:
Food is frozen and mediocre. Overpriced. Service is awful, they treat you like you’re at McDonald’s. They just want you to pay them and their 18% tip and leave. They are rude and treat you as though they are doing you a favor for letting you dine there. View all feedback.

We were a group of 8 and waited 1 hour and kept asking the waiter about our food and the waiter kept saying it's coming. We then found out he forgot to put the order in.They served us 1 and half hours later and the waiter Kohn got upset when we asked for new cutlery, he then storms off and never came back, I had to get my own plates and cutlery for our group. 18% service should of gone to me. I have been here before and this was the worst experience. The manager came to serve us and gave us 4 free desserts to share which was nice of her and kept saying the waiter must be having a bad day.Seriously I hope the owners read this and the waiter needs to be spoken to about this. We all could not eat at 10:30pm while all the staff kept eyeing us to leave.Seriously the worst experience we ever had.
Incredible time at Chops thanks to the attentive service by our waiter, Sayed. The steaks were cooked to perfection and paired with a great wine recommendation. A must-visit for steak lovers!

Overpriced for what it is... It 's increadibly hard to justify prices of this place. You 're paying for the ambiance, the space and the decor. Also the fact that 18% gratutity is automatically added to my bill is a bit ridiculous. The price of Kosher meat being what it is today does not excuse the price of a 1 one) burger being 40$. The burger was fine... Nothing particularly remarkable about it. I can go to chez Benny up the street and get more food for the same or equivalent price. The decor is very nice, the staff are friendly and nice. Pet peeve of mine is that they could do a better job of refilling the water or at least leave the caraf at the table). There are not many other nice kosher restaurents in the city and it shows. How can you expect families to go out to eat when you charge super high prices for avg good that can be cooked at home. Très dommage
