Walking around Rue St-Paul, we stumbled onto this cafe, while looking at their sandwich display (not knowing what we were looking at) we were approached by Melanie, who explained everything. The Portuguese food was very good . Did not have some , but from the line of people, obviously, the pastry is very good also. View all feedback.

We arrived at this cafe at lunch and ordered sandwiches. Our son and his wife placed their order and then I placed ours. All were identical: smoked salmon bagels with salad and coffee. So, we sat down. The place was not full at all. Their food and drinks arrived in 5 minutes. Our food came about 20 minutes later and then the coffee we had ordered with lunch came 10 minutes after that. Really should be no stars for se... View all feedback.
This restaurant is absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated and stocked with delicious Portuguese gourmet items. They also offer a variety of snacks. We tried the Caldo Verde soup and a fantastic salmon and avocado sandwich.
A lot of variety! You can get a snack or a meal there. There is sweet and salty snacks. The products they sell are quite unique. Bread with bits of chorizo in it. Palmier with coconut and egg yolk cream. Delicious! The price is affordable. The snacks are between 1-5$ Great place to treat yourself on a Friday afternoon.
Awesome place. I felt like I was in a café back in Lisboa. We had the coffee and natas which are baked there and excellent but there are lots of other desserts. You can also have sandwiches with Portuguese ham and cheese. Staff is warm and friendly. Located in the heart of Old Montreal. Go!
I went to Portugal this summer and while walking in the old port saw the window: pasteis de nata. I had to go. It's much bigger than you realize inside. A very nice, more upscale looking cafe with all sorts of Portuguese snacks and drinks (I think even the water was the Portuguese brand) as well as other souvenirs. There was a lot of options without being cluttered.I ordered one pasteis de nata, said obrigada and made my merry way. It wasn't super flaky but it wasn't toasted either (had it to go) but it was oh so buttery and delicious! I've been to a few of the big pastry shops in Portugal like belem so the bar is high for me now, I very much liked this one. I can't comment on the rest of the food but it looked good.
Many people wait for a place in the restaurant that is on the corner. This place is amazing and better! Juices are fresh, good coffee and brunch is amazing. I fully recommend it. I had some omelette and coffee. Highly recommended.
