We found this place by sheer chance whilst trying to find a good place for some lunch. It wasn't too full, and we were seated immediately. I ordered their poutine, which came with a green pepper sauce. It was my first-ever poutine, so I didn't really know what to expect; but it was great! It was unconventional because it wasn't served with fries, but rather with the cafe's homemade "waffle potatoes". It was very nice... View all feedback.

I visited in June, and had a crepe that was supposed to be with summer fruits. I was expecting some berries maybe, or cherries or peaches, but it came with sliced apples and grapes. Not much flavor. View all feedback.

Great service, French and English, big breakfasts at very reasonable prices. Go here before you do Eggspectation!

This restaurant was okay to step into off the street on a chilly day, but we wouldn't make a special trip to attend. The ambiance was loud & chaotic. The food was okay, the portions were generous & the sides were good. I wouldn't go there again, but it was okay for a quick lunch.
The service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious and well priced. And the location on Peel Street is about a block away from all the shopping on St Catherine Street.
