Café De Mercanti Old Montreal

This is a fantastic spot for lattes and espressos! The sandwiches are exceptional, and the staff is consistently friendly.

The service was excellent and very friendly. The croissant was incredibly light and fluffy! The latte was delicious, highlighting the great quality of the coffee.

Sometimes, when you wander a bit, you come across hidden gems. Café de Mercanti is one such treasure. The owner is passionate and knowledgeable, genuinely excited to provide customers with the best quality coffee. The extra walk was definitely worth it to enjoy a large Americano and some delicious baked goods. As a ginger fan, I especially appreciated their offerings. If you're looking for something better than what you can find in the other cafés around Old Montreal, make sure to grab a bag of their unique coffee blend while you're there.

The man who works in this business (i think he is of italy, and could be the owner, is definitiw the most beautiful and funny person I met in montreal. I wanted to come in to eat my breakfast in silence, but his energy is so great that I stopped for almost an hour. the food is delicious and the coffee is fantastic.
