Bucky Rooster's Fritures - Montréal

Bucky rooster looked great on instagram, so we decided to order it for the first time and try. we ordered 5 pieces combo, but what we got was a mere chicken bread with huh on the side? each chicken piece was covered in a tonne brot. When you look at the picture, you'll see how much remains and we'll eat something. it was too much broth, we just took it off. felt like a shell of the huh. olivia’s, sidechicks, even kfc has more taste. we also chose honey as our sauce and thought it was a kind of honey sauce. it was just a normal honey!? friends were good. we also have chocolate cake. That was really good. when they bake from scratch, honestly, bucky rooster’s should sell cake, not fried chicken. they're in the wrong business. that was a disappointment.

Simply the best fried huh in the city, and it is not even close. everything is homemade and you can taste it definitiw. the sauces have no business to be so good. the mac n-cheese, the burgers, the desserts, I had no bad thing yet. they introduced waffelfries as there is a lack of the wedges, but I hope they will hold the waffelfries when the keiles come back. everything is made with care. While it is expensive, everything is quality from food to packaging, even the serviettes they use, so it then makes more for them. I hope they will expand one day to the west island.

Finally got a chance to try this and the experience was great! they were very nice as they were the first time they were to discover a lot of sauces for us. the fried chicken didn't feel fat, the brot was crispy; had a harder cripple than other fried huh. the flesh was tender and juicy. I think they're saying they're using local huh. her chicken was very tender in the did. the moondog burger was quite huge. pretty generous. very light hauch from sweet to her food that leans more on the southern side. the mac and the cheese were light and made a good one. the heavy was good, but a bit thicker would have been perfect. the sweet and light spicy mango sauce for the offers was great. we also have a more orang-ie sauce it tasted like what hooter would call “medium” dressing, but it packed a harder punsch that was amazing. there was another small container of sauce that smells like apple sauce, but it wasn't hahahaha it was easy spicy. the kartoffels were really spiced. I filled it with a valentine cake. the prices were at the top end, but it was very good.

This used to be my favorite fret chicken place in montreal, but it went downhill in incredible wise. I understand that supply chain problems have affected many formerly large restaurants, so it is hard to keep it against them, but after it is excited to be ordered and crushed from there, it is hard to justify something from there for a long time, especially with the price-quality ratio, which is it. very expensive, not even in the position to get more her kartoffel wedges and get a chicken sandwich that was used as chicken breast (it was not definitiw) just absolutely in hot sauce, probably to disguise the low quality meat.

Delicious burger as always but I wanted to mention specifically the amazing serviceI ordered a burger on site and the wait time was 15minI asked if I could wait outside and even though I am the only one doing this on a -20 day, someone came over to turn the heat on ?The wait is so much better ? thanks
