We feel so lucky to have found this place thanks to its good reviews from others. We eat Middle Eastern food quite regularly at home in Los Angeles and Aux Lilas puts half of our LA restaurants to shame. Overall, the food we had here was somewhat bland compared to many other Lebanese restaurants in Montreal. It lacked a certain zing and this took away from our enjoyment of our meals. Service was polite but uneven. The table at which we were seated was situated in a cozy but very dark section of the restaurant. The best Lebanese restaurant in montréal. authentic fine kitchen. pulled from montréal to new brunswick and returned to the dine again and again when we come to visit again.
Cozy little place with domestic food. the salads were exceptionally fresh and crisp. what I really liked was the baba ghanoush and hummus dive. will definitely try other dishes again! her menu says they have been in operation since 1980, but the owner confirmed with us that it has actually been in 1978!
You don't feel like in a restaurant, but as if you're in someone's house that's a great cook.
I set foot and stomach in this restaurant last night (there was a strong recommendation to me and I'll be back there, a beautiful dizzy trs. a trip to the liban. peaceful atmosphere, simple dcors, warm and authentic cuisine, it's delicious and harmonious. This restaurant overcame the pandmie. Go and cheer them up and live a good time. Yallah!
Fantastic Lebanese food. So far, all of the dishes we tried we're amazing.
