We stopped in the Arts Cafe during a short walking tour of Mile End. We were attracted by the eclectic decor and cozy atmosphere. The food was brunch variety with a couple presentations of eggs, sandwiches, and soup. The food was good not great and the prices were reasonable. View all feedback. We went there for brunch. Waited for about 5 min. A table was cleaned up and became available. We asked if we could get seated but were told it’s for 4 people. We waited 5-10 min more. Since no one showed up and it wasn’t reserved we asked if we could use it as it didn’t make sense to continue standing just in case a group of 4 shows up eventually.
