Our first meal at Laurent Cherchi's table was a pleasure. The vegetative version of the 10-stroke tasting menu was a faultless one full of beautiful discoveries, Special Mention with a chic Musovado chocolate dessert, the association of flavors is very happy and also for the Brussels cabbage pancake that enchanted me.
