The idea is original, trust the chef's creativity, short to go the eyes closed. and the nostrils are closed. our table was located against the door leading to the toilet, hidden by a curtain attached to a coat door. We were able to follow very closely the paths and arrivals of the customers who have a pressing need to satisfy.
