Le bibimbap est savoureux et délicieux. C'est un plat complet qui calé bien pour 8€80.Le Kimchi, chou fermenté pimenté est à testé: c'est très relevé!A tester
J'avais déjà goûté à des plats traditionnels Coréen et j'en avais gardé un bon souvenir.Nouvelle tentative dans cette épicerie qui prépare également un plat traditionnel : le bibimbap.Résultat : mention excellent, très savoureux, généreux.Il me semble en revanche que traditionnellement, un œuf fait partie du mélange.Il n'a cependant pas manqué à nous faire apprécier cet établissement et nous projetons d'en faire un de nos repaire.Le côté épicerie est bien fourni également et permet de s'approvisionner en produit originaux.
J'avais très envie de tester le bibimbap et ce fut une réussite. C'est excellent, n'hésitez pas à goûter cela vaut le détour.L'esprit de cette épicerie rend la visite conviviale, petit local sans prétention avec une table pour manger sur place et de quoi tenter de faire quelques recettes à la maison.J'aurais aimé être un peu plus conseillée pour découvrir les produits vendu, mais mis à part cela allez y .
I walked in and let the owner know I am vegan and he understood. He showed me the vegan dish that they had and made it for me in 2 minutes with the fresh ingredients where I could see. The gochujang sauce is so spicy and tasty!! The bibimbap was fantastic, I will be going back again during my time here. There are also instant noodles (1 vegan that I saw) on the shelves that he will make and bring out for you.
We had the vegetarian dish (which is vegan) and we really enjoyed it! A big bowl of freshly cooked rice, raw veggies, beans and sriracha. The place is colorful and fun, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They also serve lots of deserts that are vegan, Asian groceries and beverages.
