We learned on the internet the existence of this raw restaurant on Montpellier and we were looking forward to discovering it. It's done and we've gone back enchanted with this establishment. That your food is your first medicine said hippocrat more than 2400 years ago. Here is a restaurant that can provide us with pleasure while ensuring our health. located in one of the trendy and picturesque streets of the city, the reception is of the most pleasant and the decor is pleasant, the products are organic, fresh, seasonal, local, prepared without cooking, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan and vegetarian...bref everything to seduce those who favor a food respectful of their health and environment. We took a large dessert juice plate at 15,50€. on a large plate we had a assortment of several salads with germ seeds embellished with sesame seeds, hemp with a delicate seasoning, a timbale of bulgour with cabbage, a timbale of spoon with pineapple, carrots and sweet potatoes presented in spaghetti, two mushrooms topped with a hazelnut flavor, a salad we chose a juice from more than 60 proposals. for dessert a retro Catalan creme and a very tasteful raw creme dessert. The restaurant was full... we had booked and I strongly advise to do because there is not much room. We will return all the more because the contents of the plates change according to the arrivals of the day. A remarkable value for money given the quality of the products and services provided. Discovered by chance in the streets of Montpellier, I entered a little sceptical because eating a completely raw meal was a first. I've come out of it! I discovered totally new flavours, ingredients that I didn't know (the white wall and the golden ball turnip in particular), and special mention for the juice card to the extractor, mine was divine! restaurant that should delight all lovers of organic and vegan cuisine. The menu changes every day, which allows you to have always renewed discoveries, the restaurant in itself is very charming, small but very well decorated and pleasant, you feel good. On the reception, it is very warm: the owner is passionate and it feels, in short I recommend and come back without hesitation! :)
