Small restaurant in a slightly isolated street in Montpellier. Nice personal correct frames especially one of the waitresses that is very pleasant. The plate is correct and they make the effort to best manage particular intolerances and cases. The plate is correct, there is research, we feel the urge to please the client. I couldn't really appreciate the moment in this place. Finally, the moment is not the right word because the duration of the meal in 7 or 8 time to memorize.... More than 3 hours, knowing that the portions are of course eat in very little time, you will find yourself waiting for more than 20 minutes between 2 dishes or amuses mouth. In the end we lose patience, spring rather upset and that is not the goal. I don't think I'm going back.

Very good first experience. The chef is adapted to the special demands and the quality of the meal did not feel it. Original associations, a lot of taste, a careful service, and a very good value quality price. I only put four stars in the kitchen because of the long waiting between the entrance and the fish. The great affluence and can be a little less world in the kitchen. In any case, it will not prevent us from coming back with pleasure.
