Warm welcome, and really excellent homemade pizzas for testing them several times. The pizza dough is fine and crispy as you need. I'm lucky to have Emma's pizza downstairs. I recommend the smoked Magret that I tested tonight (tomates, magret, onions confits, fresh cream, emmental, and olives).
