The service was terrible for a top business. We asked with several articles to buy in the department they were for sale, and when we came to the counter, we were told that we were going to another cash register - when I said we were going to wait... because the other cash registers had long queues, they were pretty rude and said no, we couldn't wait, and sent us to another counter that didn't work. To eat quickly, why not! The atmosphere is nice, we're served quickly. On the other hand, there is often a long wait to eat.
We never really think about it at first but if you want to go for a good lunch with fresh ingredients I always go to the lafayette gallery restaurant. super in warm summer, air conditioning :-) super in warm winter indoors :-) food is good, efficient staff.
