We booked a table at this charming restaurant where the chef steams a lot of the food you get served. It is a tasting menu and there are pleasant surprises that come at a reasonable pace. What Victor Sosa doesn't like about Anga:
Frankly super confused. I had high expectations and the waitress was nice, but honestly I don’t know what happened. We had the 4 course menu and the first 2 were complete train-wrecks. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend. To be more specific, the first dishes were some sort of experiment with vanilla and coconut and were supposed to be savory. Quiet and charming restaurant. We enjoyed the many dishes on the theme sea and the vegetable version. Cooking was perfect and surprising seasoning. Unexpected flavors and associations have pleasantly surprised us. Our waitress was adorable and very smiling! Thank you for this pleasant and very gourmet moment. Meal type: Dinner
Thanks to the team, especially guillaume and romain, two native stars of their own. amazing cocktails to begin....clean and so refreshing. and eating so fresh from beginning to end. this really beautiful watermelon and melone entares with cute fish, and this heavenly mayo style on the side....so beautiful that they end the plate that the sauce from any angle. and this really great discovery of calf with ancholy sauce and rubbed on the meat. even tartare deep inside. to say that they have lush quality products. the dish is now simply at home....and thanks to nicolas the chef for the perfect chef. and this pelardon dessert for dessert. thanks to guillaume for its great selection of wine pairing....even if it is a natural' disgusting cinsault at one point quickly replaced by another nature of high level....joke ... it is a sweat. so that these natural wines need a good guillaume to help us find them....will call him every time. the place, the people and the food. Everything's high. that could eventually lead to a michelin. best to come.

The bistronomy side is very good. service is very pro and very effective. They're at the squid and they're pretty bg.
Super experience of very good dishes (bravo cooks) and a top service (bravo waiters). I'll go back.
