As a food blogger, I am in constant search for unique culinary experiences under the radar. Therefore, when a friend recommended Fai's restaurant in the Loire I was intrigued. We found a breathtaking setting, a warm host and food to die for! Fa's cooking style is unique, tasteful and generous. The ambiance is fantastic as well as the personal service. Good 3-entry kitchen, 1 meat and 1 dessert to choose between 2, 38 euros the unique tasting menu. A few places, reserve. Good to know for families, no child menu. The setting is bucolic, served on the terrace allows us to enjoy it until sunset. We're back for the surprise of the menu!
Only a few blankets in a charming old house, giving us the feeling of being with friends. Fai is a wizard of the kitchen, creating original and delicious flavours combining with subtlety the flavours of the West and East. The products used are perfect for freshness, the vegetables that grow in the restaurant garden. Fai is pleased to share his passion and culinary discoveries. His welcome is at the height, and at this moment conspires to happiness
