Domino's Pizza Montigny-les-metz

I ordered at 7:50 p.m. and the pizza arrived at 10:10 p.m. So 2h20 to arrive. Due to lack of enough staff at this Domino's I believe, the pizza at least arrived always hot, so they took 2 hours to prepare it, 5 minutes to put it in the oven and 15 minutes to deliver it. So if you want to have it delivered to your home, plan on waiting 2 hours! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

I could have given zero stars if I had the chance. I ordered and paid at 11:50am on 01/15/24. I didn't receive my order until 1 p.m. And the order... Let's talk about it: The delivery man arrives more than ONE HOUR late (supposedly snow and lack of staff. For the first aspect of the delay, I want to understand that the delivery man was careful but for the second reason, it does not concern me and it is up to THEM to manage the workforce. In addition, the delivery man was not very smiling and friendly. I ordered a menu with starter, pizza and drink. The pizza and starter arrived barely warm. Despite the fact that the delivery man as well as the store confirmed to me that he had left no more than five minutes after the end of the cooking. And oh well, I didn't get my drink. I paid 1€ more to have a Monster on my menu and they didn't deliver it to me. I called at 1:10 p.m. to find out if my drink was going to be delivered to me. I asked for the delivery guy to give me my drink. It's 1:49pm as I write this review and I still don't have my drink and the store closes at 2pm. The drink was finally delivered to me at 1:55 p.m. No professionalism in delivery which is something you pay extra for, no good humor from the delivery person, missing products and products arriving cold for the pizza and the starter. What annoys me is that I have already ordered from them. And I have already come across good people who delivered my pizza on time and hot, with an impeccable and smiling delivery man Ordering from Dominos Pizza in Montigny lès Metz is like playing the lottery. You never know if the pizza will arrive hot or cold... Whether there will be a shortage of products or not... Avoid or pray very hard for a good day...
