Caught out 21.30 at night and unable to access the hotel I had booked I called here. Sadly they were full. However feel the need to write a review as they were so helpful making calls and eventually contacting the caretaker of the chambres d'hotes I had booked and getting me in where I had otherwise failed. If this is how they treat you when you are not their customer...I wished I had booked earlier and booked there in the first place : saw the food served to the other customers and it looked lovely. Just a really nice attitude. It should be rewarded.
