Beautifully decorated with antiques and themed international items. Feels like a historical walk around the world. We stayed in the Safari room. Top class dining makes you feel like you're in a Michelin restaurant. Innkeepers are very hospitable, thoughtful and quite efficient. We'll return. Rich Marie View all feedback.
I was traveling with my brother so we stayed in the Victorian room. It was unseasonably cool and our host turn on mattress warmers for us. All hot food was served in warmed dishes including our coffee. The breakfast was delicious. We ate sea bass and it was delicious and so was the desserts. Monticello is a peaceful town and a great place to stop if heading to Georgia.
Amazing, amazing, amazing....if you are a fan of old houses, good food and collectibles then this is a great place to visit.Rooms: 5/5
Beautiful elegance with just the right touch of Edgar Allen Poe! The hosts were engaging and the dinner and breakfast superb. Worthy of a destination post card, of which I intend to create! The village of Monticello is a perfect location for those of us who prefer the dimension of the rich phantasmal with their travelling experience...
Staying here was such a unique and fun experience! We stayed for two nights in the Carriage House, and we truly had a great time. The room was very comfortable. The house and the room were decorated with the most interesting antiques. The innkeepers were the sweetest people and we loved hearing the stories about the house and about their lives. We felt so welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful. We will definitely be back!
Breakfast with Santa was amazing! The food was spectacular, and the kids had such a great time! We cant wait for next year!Rooms: 5/5
