Every time I visit this restaurant, they always make mistakes with my order. Whether it's my chicken sandwich being undercooked, missing items from my order, or ignoring the order screen completely. Today, I had to wait for my food with my kids and didn't have time to check my order before leaving. Thank you for being patient for a large order. If I had requested and paid for a medium, I would have been aware of the situation.
I had a terrible experience with the chicken sandwich at this restaurant. I do not plan on coming back to this place.

Today, I had to wait for my food with my kids and didn't have time to check my order before leaving. When I got home, I realized my daughter's meal was missing 2 nuggets, which is the reason for the extra charge I paid. Additionally, my meal was completely incorrect even though I saw the order was entered correctly on my receipt. Their service has seriously declined in the past 6 months.
Quick service but always have to go back because something is wrong or missing a sandwich
