Java Jones - Monticello

Nice little coffee breakfast place. Had a smooth and southwest winding.

Good coffee and good scones! Nice inside. My only complaint would be that it's too calm. The place needs music. I can't go wrong with Frank Sinatra or Dean Martin.

Great little coffee shop! My wife saw good reviews, so we thought we had breakfast and coffee. I had the bacon and the breakfast sandwich, with a peppermint almond mocha. It was amazing! Darcy made our coffee and food, and was diligently hard working the whole hour plus we were there... she was super nice and friendly. The shop is beautifully decorated with coffee paraphernalia; someone puts a lot of thought and care in this place! Some different groups of locals came and went, chatting away about different things, and giving is a great feeling for small town Iowa. My wife and I agreed that if we live here, it would be a regular hangout for us! Thanks for the experience!

Our orders came fast and were very tasty. Java Jones is quiet and comfortable, a great place to relax and indulge in the morning.
