Jack's - Monticello

They really don't care how they give food out or their attitudes.

Stopped here coming through Monticello. Place was completely empty for a Saturday night. My husband and I were the only customers dining in. He ordered the fish dinner along with a two piece wing snack. I got chicken tenders with a strawberry milkshake. My chicken tenders were good, hot and fresh. My husband fish was cold and had obviously been cooked for a while. And despite it being slow, it still took 10 minutes before I got my milkshake...

Friendly people and the place look very god. The food is average, not great. If they improve the menu it will be great.

The person taking orders in the drive through was very rude, they need to train for hospitality or do a workshop. Food is amazing but the service will prevent me from going here again. As she handed the bags out she almost dropped them and tried to stack them all to hand which was just the cherry on top for the bad service.

First time ever visiting or hearing of a Jacks. Sooo glad we stopped in. It made our day! The two ladies at the register were so sweet and welcoming. I only caught one of their names unfortunately. (Tela)Crazy thing is I’m antisocial as can be but they brought out the social butterfly in me. lolThe food was fresh and on point (we got ice cream, fries, and burgers) the atmosphere was comfortable and clean. The whole restaurant was spotless. From the dining area to the restrooms. Definitely gonna be frequenting this place. We loved their ice cream flavor options as well. Delicious scoops and milkshakes!
