Unfortunately, I was very disappointed... read more This was my first time in Monticello, GA and I was in search of a restaurant on the square. I decided to try Five Loaves. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the salad I ordered. It was the worst salad I have ever had - I had no idea what kind of greens were in it, but it did not resemble any salad I have seen before. I couldn't even eat it. However, the Asian dressing and oranges were tasty. I also ordered some small appetizers, but they were not very impressive either. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a good salad. I definitely would not go back there. If I could, I would give this place a negative star rating.

We both ordered the Cobb salad and were impressed by the presentation on the plate. The salad was fresh, delicious, and well-priced at $7.50. Locals probably already know about this gem, but if you're just passing through, make sure to stop by. You won't regret it.
