Brinley’s Beach House - Monticello

Although my husband rated his chicken salad as an average, I thought the curled chicken was delicious, like the side salad. We had perfect weather to sit outside and we enjoyed the view of the Shafersee. Our waitress was good, but not in the big category. She cheered some cartridges at the same time so that probably made a difference. Overall impression was very favorable!

The food was good, hot and fast. High-octane drink is one you can't find anywhere else. Very good. Waitress named Sondra was funny and knowledgeable about the menu. Asked what she liked. She was actually the best on the philly steak. Will be back.

So I came here one of those first days that is a very hard transition for a restaurant) and it sucked. No one owes. New servers, new chefs, new owners, few devices. Let me tell you it was great except Tobasco and Pickle Speere for my drink. Good luck for our great Hanna server in the veterinary field. They picked up a bit. Good recommendation for tacos and shrimps

We have a business in town. Do you know how hard it is to keep employees in this season city? We came to Brinleys tonight. It was clearly understated. But we came to the boat and we want a seafield to work here again. The cook came to take our order. And he did it so well! I might have seen two people working. Was it slow? Yeah, we took care of it. We were there to enjoy the beautiful evening. Food was great, drinks were good, but the attitude of the minimum staff was what counts. It is difficult here to serve the volume of people who come in a short time and keep good personnel on board. Good work tonight.

Drinks are good. Food is about what you would expect for a Beach House. It's not fine dining. The wings however... Those are pretty good. And the Pizza Not Chicago, but good for the area. We will be back.
