A plunging, unobstructed view of the lower Valais, neat modern-chalet style decor, but all that matters little. Food as great as ever, incredible flavors, sophisticated presentation. Worthy of his star. Irresistible desserts and a pretty incredible choice of wines, reading the menu is interesting. Competent and pleasant service. A little BIG one to absolutely discover!
Just magical for the eyes, taste buds and sense of smell! The wine choices go perfectly with the menu. We feel the passion and the desire to fully satisfy customers. Magnificent setting mixing old and contemporary allowing you to feel at ease... great discovery
Serbia and top cuisine. Certainly one of the best hunts in French-speaking Switzerland.
I'm lowering the rating a bit for certain reasons. But let's start with the very delicate and subtle cuisine. The tableware is really in the spotlight and highlights the dishes. Where it's really a shame is the chairs. Personally, I couldn't stand sitting on this anymore. And the second downside is the menu with the wine pairing... if there was a deci per glass, it was a drop. The boss apparently has a happier hand. And serving a montheysans (yuk) wine for the main course does not highlight the work in the kitchen.
