The tableware is really in the spotlight and highl... read more I'm lowering the rating a bit for certain reasons. But let's start with the very delicate and subtle cuisine. The tableware is really in the spotlight and highlights the dishes. Where it's really a shame is the chairs. Personally, I couldn't stand sitting on this anymore. And the second downside is the menu with the wine pairing... if there was a deci per glass, it was a drop. The boss apparently has a happier hand. And serving a montheysans (yuk) wine for the main course does not highlight the work in the kitchen.
