I ordered a 24-piece family meal for delivery. After an hour, not only had the delivery not arrived, but the driver also seemed to be having trouble with the directions to Wingstop. I tried calling, and when I finally got through, the young manager informed me that I could either wait for the food or get a refund. I chose the refund, and now I’m just hoping I actually get my money back. I wish I could give this place zero stars because now I'm left hungry!
We ordered a boneless mild wing meal to take home, and we left about 5 minutes after placing the order, maybe a bit longer due to traffic. However, our food was delicious! The wings were fantastic, and the fries were very good and nicely salted. We will definitely be returning often.
The large service staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place—10/10!
If I were 0. order abandoned and was $90. we have 4 chicken orders that had no soaking or on them. when we came back to receive the order, we were given to our own keepers the soße to avoid it. we'd have got some fresh bun that they'd ruin in the sauce. I'm not sure how to screw up 4 meal times and literally don't sit on any of them when it says mildly on all of them in the online order. then tell me I have to fix it myself. totally unprofessional. the girl at the front had colored haare incase management reads that. she must be checked.
