Wind Creek Montgomery

It's hard to gain at this location. It's even harder to get into the lounge for Delight cards. I feel that if your host isn't at this site, the services received are lacking....This is the only Wind location that I've been to, where it takes an add of congress to get a bottle of water. Water isn't offered as one of the drinks on the machines. Your told to, locate a server to bring water to you. I can only assume that this location don't care about non-alcoholic drinkers!!

Room was very clean and stocked. Great water pressure. Front desk clerk was so helpful and assisted me with all of my needs and questions. I didn't know about using valet to park so I ended up parking myself and walking across the parking lot with all of my bags, and it was Hot. Overall the stay was fantastic. Everything was great with my stay and I definitely have to say that the BB King restaurant has the best food with the best presentation in appearance. The short lady with the long dreadlocks that work the morning breakfast shift is the best waitress everytime. The stay was awesome! My family enjoyed it and so did I. I had an awesome view of the river and hotel pool. Room service was readily available.Rooms: Rooms are very nice and up to date.Walkability: The Casino and Club is downstairsFood drinks: Food is wonderful if you order room service.Noteworthy details: I just wish they had comped my rooms.

First, do yourself a favor and go to Wind Creek Casino in Montgomery Alabama. This casino is very beautiful, the bathrooms are immaculate, and the atmosphere is definitely more laid back. The food is so delicious and the staff is very professional and attentive. This casino has much more to offer. Don’t take my word for it, just see for yourself. We met several nice people there during our visit and will definitely be planning our next trip to return to this casino only. We had an awesome time!Safety: We felt a lot safer here. Walkability: The parking lot was clean and open. It was a very pleasant short walking distance to this Casino. The scenery was beautiful. See attached photos.
