With cold beer and amazing food, this tavern is the top choice in Montgomery. Be sure to try the ribeye on weekends!
We relied on the posted hours that said they open at 1 PM on Sundays. A group of ten of us traveled for two hours to give it a try, but when we arrived, they were closed.
We dined as a group of six, and overall, the food was enjoyable. However, the hamburgers were overcooked. As for the service, it was excellent. For our dinner, the price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
Awesome little country hangout tucked away in Amish country. Prices were reasonable, service was friendly, beer was cold and food was great. I highly recommend the breaded tenderloin sandwich. Fantastic!
