However, I had to deduct a few points from my review because the customer service can vary greatly depending on the morning. Sometimes it's phenomenal, but other times it can be a really bad experience. This morning, the employee at the window was extremely passive aggressive, even rolling his eyes when he asked us what was missing from our order. He was also pacing around near the window, waving his arms as if he was frustrated or upset. If the customer service here becomes more consistent, I believe this place would definitely deserve a 5-star rating!

She greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service, making our drinks with care. The Mocha latte I ordered was the best I've had in a long time, and my husband also enjoyed the delicious drink Beverly made for him. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant often. The prices are reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person.

They do sometimes... read more I visit this place frequently, usually just for a bagel twist. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, and the twists are delightful. They do sometimes run out of them, but that's to be expected. The new building and drive-thru are fantastic too.

AVOID THIS PLACE! This establishment is extremely dirty with terrible management. Food is constantly left out not refrigerated properly, there’s bugs EVERYWHERE... read more AVOID THIS PLACE! This establishment is extremely dirty with terrible management. Food is constantly left out not refrigerated properly, there’s bugs EVERYWHERE! The staff gets treated horribly, and work in terrible conditions, on hot days it gets as bad as 85 degrees inside NO AC in the summer and no heating during the winter for workers. DO NOT WORK or EAT HERE! Nothing is cleaned properly. HR needs to be sent in and so does the health department. This company should be ASHAMED. I would post pictures of the inside but I won’t. AVOID THIS PLACE AS A WORKER AND CUSTOMER.
