Restaurant situé dans une ancienne minoterie.Site avec un potentiel remarquable. Cadre très agréable, sympathique et reposant.Produits locaux d’une grande qualité. Cuisine originale. This restaurant gets top marks for location in a beautiful park like area at the highest point of the Canal du Midi, but it is overpriced and food is mediocre. There is no menu, so you have to buy each course separately, unusual in a French restaurant, and this means you pay a lot. The starter was excellent, local jambon, slivers of parmisan and roasted asparagus, the main course, soggy skate on a bed of soggy pasta... View all feedback.
