I paid for extra toppings and it felt like I got less than the original amount... The cooking lady was overworked with no help, and customers were waiting 30 minutes longer for their food than the app told them.
I’m not sure why Casey’s allows the app to work for this destination, typically the 25-30 minutes the app says doesn’t give them time to begin making a pizza, let alone cook and box it. 5/6 times over the last year I have ordered pizzas and they haven’t been done on time, they hadn’t started the pizza when I got there, or claimed they didn’t have my order. Employees who make pizzas and the shift manager on duty never attempt to make the delays or miss order correct, then they are some of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever seen in a place of business when there’s an issue. Employees at this place are typically always in over their heads. We love Casey’s pizza, just not this Casey’s. Only use this location in an emergency. To add to this, ice cream machine is always broken down, baked good are always gone, fuel pumps don’t print a receipt.
Shouldn't have to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a recipt, shouldn't have to insert chip card 3 times and then try swiping mag stripe everytime but that's how we roll at the Montezuma casey's
