The food is tasty and I appreciate that they don't pre-sweeten the lemonade or over-salt the dishes, allowing you to customize to your liking. I opted for no sugar and it was still delicious. The restaurant is connected to a yoga center and offers some vegan options. #Veganuary.

The Chivito was particularly delectable, and the vegan cheesecake was the best I've ever had! The staff was delightful and attentive. I was delighted to receive complimentary hummus and focaccia as a dip. I decided to order the tofu salad, which was fantastic! The deep-fried tofu paired perfectly with the light salad. For dessert, I indulged in a brownie made with beetroot and two scoops of ice cream (one scoop comes with the dessert, but I added an extra). The brownie was outstanding (you couldn't taste the beetroot at all), although the almond-based ice cream was not as creamy as I would have liked. Overall, I had a great dining experience here and will definitely be returning. It's my favorite vegan restaurant in Montevideo, without a doubt! And, as of August 2023, they now open in the mornings on weekdays.
