I had the beef one night and the beet ravioli filled with pumpkin (below) the next day. Both delicious. Very recommended!

They had a number of meals since our arrival. Everyone was delicious. The waiting staff was very patient with our fighting Spanish. Mist of them has at least one English, so between the two has been a fun experience.
Very friendly staff and excellent food. We visited La Vanguardia in 1934 several times and their high-quality service is constant. Buena onda!!
