this restaurant is a real sign in montevideo since about 1910 here. newly renovated and looks good, although I prefer the charm of the place before the renovation. the food is good and the service is also. I've eaten many, often over the years and never had a complain. I would recommend without hesitation. View all feedback.
Arrived late and needed a place to eat. Service was friendly, restaurant seemed like a good place to grab coffee or chat with friends at night. We ate their chivito, nothing amazing but it filled out bellies and price was decent. Their flan casero is bitter but not bad.
Tried some coffee and smoothie here. It was just fine.
Slow service, bad food quality and expensive. The place was very dirty
Recommended for us by friends as the hottest new spot for a chivito uruguayo and this is an excellent one!
The new update that they gave to the place looks very nice. The food is still average and the service poor, though. Would only recommend if you're not really in a hurry.
