The beer jelly was a pleasant surprise. The beer offered captures the scent of the fields surrounding the brewery. I highly recommend it!

I learned about production that's literally done on site—water, hops, grains, everything visible. Just look around and see the products that will be transformed into SERROCROCE beers, which, thanks to the owner and master brewer's expertise, perfectly capture the best of the raw materials. Fantastic beer, a welcoming, high-tech venue, and the enchanting, fairytale-like town of Monteverde. An experience not to be missed!
