This evening a pleasant surprise, in Montesilvano a dinner as long as we had been doing it. Location refined, personal and owners very kind. Apulian cuisine made with passion and also the waiter in love with his work. Excellent raw materials and time to enjoy them was a bonus. There is no rush, sit chat (even with staff) and a dinner will not only be a dinner. We will return to try to try the whole menu. We hope to give in time we only have a week. Giuliana
